ELLY KALOGERA GIARMENITIS

Elly Kalogera Giarmenitis is a partner at “Z.K.K. and Associates” law firm. She graduated from the Law School of the University of Lille II, “Droit et Santé”, in France, and the Law School of the Dimokritian University of Thrace, Greece. She also holds a Master’s in Business Law from the Institute of Business Law of Aix-Marseille III. 

As a member of the Athens Bar Association, she has extensive experience in complex litigation matters, focusing on Civil Law, Real Property Law, Comparative Law, Succession Law, and Intellectual Property Law. Elly is trilingual, speaking Greek, English, and French, allowing her to serve an international clientele effectively. 

Her previous experience includes working in the legal departments of the National Bank of Greece, F.M. Records S.A., and Sony Music Entertainment Greece S.A. before joining her family’s law firm in 2001, where she continues the tradition of three generations of women lawyers.

OLGA BARDAKOU

OLGA BARDAKOU

Olga Bardakou is a graduate of the Law School at the National Kapodistrian University of Athens. She has a Master’s degree from the University of Toulouse 1 Capitole, specialising in Personal and Family Law.

After completing her legal traineeship, she worked in well-known law firms, handling civil, commercial, and administrative legal matters. Currently, Olga is a legal advisor at the Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs and a partner in the leasing department of a property management company. She is also a member of the Athens Bar Association and has been a partner at ZKK Law since 2022.

ELEANA KALLIANTERI

ELEANA KALLIANTERI

Eleana Kallianteri is a graduate of the Law School of Democritus University of Thrace, Greece and holds a Master’s degree (L.L.M.) from the University of Strasbourg, France, specialising in European Law, Area of Freedom, Security and Justice.

From 2016-2018, she completed her legal traineeship at various institutions, including a law firm specialising in criminal law, a legal department of a company specialising in copyright law, and the legal department of the City of Athens, where she practised civil and administrative law. She is also a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2019.

OLYMPIA NIKOLAOU

Olympia Nikolaou graduated from Panteion University with a Political Science and History degree in 2008. She has gained experience working as an Administrative Assistant in both Commercial Companies and Law Offices.

PENNY TAMPAKI

PENNY TAMPAKI

Pennny Tampaki is a graduate of the Law School at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. As part of the Erasmus University Program, she took courses at the Law Department of the University of Rennes in France for one academic semester. Currently, she is participating in the Greek-French Postgraduate Program titled “Specialized Public Law” at the University of Athens in collaboration with the University of Bordeaux in France, and she is also completing her internship.

DIMITRIS GIARMENITIS

DIMITRIS GIARMENITIS

Dimitris C. Giarmenitis graduated from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens Law School in 1983. He worked as a lawyer and music journalist for several popular magazines. In 1998, he attended an executive program at Harvard University’s J.F.K. School of Government.

Giarmenitis worked in the record label industry, starting as an assistant and product manager at Greek C.B.S./Sony Music. He became Managing Director of Sony Music Entertainment Greece at 32 and later served as chairman of the Hellenic Collecting & Administrating Society of the Rights of Phonogram & Videogram Producers IFPI/Grammo.

He founded Show What Events in Greece and was the first Greek record label CEO to develop a 360 model. His team organized various events including exhibitions, festivals, live concerts, and family entertainment. 

During his 30-year tenure at Sony Music Greece, he achieved over 400 album sales awards. He later became the General Manager of GEA-Grammo, a non-profit music licensing organisation, and now advises on intellectual property and real estate issues.
