ELLY KALOGERA GIARMENITIS

Elly Kalogera Giarmenitis is a partner at “ZKK & Associates” law firm. She graduated from the Law School of the University of Lille II, “Droit et Santé”, in France, and the Law School of the Dimokritian University of Thrace, Greece. She also holds a Master’s in Business Law from the Institute of Business Law of Aix-Marseille III.
As a member of the Athens Bar Association, she has extensive experience in complex litigation matters, focusing on Civil Law, Real Property Law, Comparative Law, Succession Law, and Intellectual Property Law. Elly is trilingual, speaking Greek, English, and French, allowing her to serve an international clientele effectively.
Her previous experience includes working in the legal departments of the National Bank of Greece, F.M. Records S.A., and Sony Music Entertainment Greece S.A. before joining her family’s law firm in 2001, where she continues the tradition of three generations of women lawyers.

OLGA BARDAKOU
Οlga Bardakou is a partner at “ZKK & Associates” law firm since 2022.
She graduated from the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and holds a Master’s degree in Personal and Family Law from the University of Toulouse 1 Capitole.
Her professional background includes working in prominent law firms, where she developed extensive experience in civil, commercial, and administrative law. She has also served as a legal advisor at the Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs and has worked in the leasing department of a property management company.
She is a member of the Athens Bar Association and speaks Greek English and French.

ELEANA KALLIANTERI
Eleana Kallianteri is a graduate of the Law School of Democritus University of Thrace, Greece and holds a Master’s degree (L.L.M.) from the University of Strasbourg, France, specialising in European Law, Area of Freedom, Security and Justice.
From 2016-2018, she completed her legal traineeship at various institutions, including a law firm specialising in criminal law, a legal department of a company specialising in copyright law, and the legal department of the City of Athens, where she practised civil and administrative law.
Member of Athens Bar Association (2019).

AGNI VARTHALITI
Agni Varthaliti is a graduate of the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Environmental Law from the same university.
She specializes in civil and corporate law, environmental and energy law, as well as immigration and nationality law. Since 2022, she has been practicing as an attorney, focusing on law of property and law of obligations, enforcement and litigation.

OLYMPIA NIKOLAOU
Olympia Nikolaou graduated from Panteion University with a degree in Political Science and History in 2008. She has gained experience as a paralegal, providing legal and administrative support to law firms.

MARIA-NEFELI GOUSIA
Maria-Nefeli Gousia is a graduate of the Department of International and European Studies of the University of Piraeus and holds a master’s degree (LL.M.) in International and European Union Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
She has completed an internship at the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs and has gained experience as a paralegal, providing legal and administrative support to law firms.

DIMITRIS GIARMENITIS
Dimitris C. Giarmenitis graduated from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens Law School in 1983. He worked as a lawyer and music journalist for several popular magazines. In 1998, he attended an executive program at Harvard University’s J.F.K. School of Government.
Giarmenitis worked in the record label industry, starting as an assistant and product manager at Greek C.B.S./Sony Music. He became Managing Director of Sony Music Entertainment Greece at 32 and later served as chairman of the Hellenic Collecting & Administrating Society of the Rights of Phonogram & Videogram Producers IFPI/Grammo.
He founded Show What Events in Greece and was the first Greek record label CEO to develop a 360 model. His team organized various events including exhibitions, festivals, live concerts, and family entertainment.
During his 30-year tenure at Sony Music Greece, he achieved over 400 album sales awards. He later became the General Manager of GEA-Grammo, a non-profit music licensing organisation, and now advises on intellectual property and real estate issues.

GEORGIA KAMPANELLOU
Georgia Kampanellou holds a law degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She has been a member of the Athens Bar since 1993 and became a notary in 2000. With her extensive experience, she has worked with major companies, banks and private individuals throughout the world, drafting and concluding various notarial deeds such as company contracts, contracts of sale, co-ownership regulations, acceptance of inheritance and parental donations.
Education: Master’s degree from the Faculty of Law of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
Member of the Athens Bar Association (1993-2000). Member of the Hellenic Notaries Association (2000).
